Your roleWe are searching for a x 2 Part TimeProgram Coordinators. A Program Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing a Follow the Dream Program in Alice Springs. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Program Coordinator ensures programs meet the needs of students and the requirements of key stakeholders, including parents, community, funding partners, and schools.
Your Responsibilities- Recruitment and engagement of tutors for the Follow the Dream program in partnership with the regional manager and HR team.
- Work closely with students and families and the Aboriginal community.
- Document and collect data relating to the program for reporting.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Follow the Dream program, including supervision and casual staff.
- General administrative tasks relating to the Follow the Dream program.
- Work in Partnership with school staff and leadership to create implement and deliver curricula for students within the program and;
- build and sustain community relationships.
- Formal teaching degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current Working with Children's Check.
- Hold a current driver's licence.
- Experience engaging and working with Aboriginal Communities.
- Understanding of funding partnerships and budgeting is required.
