Program Management Lead

If you can: Provide assurance and oversight of the Council’s $40-50M annual program of projects; Lead Project Management Office processes, including facilitating program review meetings across the organisation; Lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of the council’s Program Management Framework to ensure process changes are adopted and embedded throughout the business; Partner with Project Managers and the Leadership team to assist with successful delivery of projects (both capital and process improvement initiatives) for the benefit of the community; Provide regular reporting to senior management on program progress, risks and issues; Collaborate across the business on reviewing current practices for opportunities for continuous improvement; Then you sound amazing!
