We are now seeking a full time Program Manager to be based at our head office in Narangba. The Program Manager, reports directly into our Operations Manager and is responsible for overseeing the practice and people, ensuring we are providing exceptional service delivery across all HYPAR Residential Care programs.
About the role...
The key responsibilities for this role are:
- Foster a culture and philosophy of frontline service delivery, collaboration, cooperation, and commitment to excellence and professional ethics which ensures the team continues to meet HYPAR’s values.
- Ensuring service delivery is aligned with standards of care and the OOHC Outcomes Framework.
- Identify potential vacancies, develop co-tenancy profiles, and assess referrals for suitability.
- Assess a young person’s suitability for placement.
- Support House Managers to oversee and co-ordinate young persons transition into care.
- Negotiate model of care for new placements.
- Review current and proposed support models regularly in conjunction with the House Managers.
- Coordinate with the Compliance Manager/Nominee and other relevant personnel to ensure compliance with licensing and legislation.
- Responsible for managing category one incidents in conjunction with the Nominee.
- Provide practice advise to direct reports where appropriate.
- Collect on-going qualitative and quantitative data for the continuous evaluation of clinical outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop proficient professional reports and behaviour intervention plans.
Skills needed for the role...
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the industry in a managerial role
- Minimum undergraduate degree in an industry relevant area
- Proficient with Microsoft suites
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Core values must align with our company values
- Must have or willing to obtain the following certifications:
- Paid Blue Card
- Paid NDIS Disability Worker Screening
- QLD Drivers Licence
- Federal Police Check
- LCS2 Child Safety Screening Check
