Access theThe Brisbane 2032 Sustainability Program Office is responsible for the joint delivery of the Sustainability Program with the Organising Committee for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.You will use your program management skills and experience to coordinate, design and deliver cross-government Games delivery partner initiatives to deliver on the government commitments for a more sustainable and low-carbon Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games (Games).Demonstrated experience in portfolio, program or project management will be highly regarded, together with the ability to think strategically and to analyse and solve problems.As Program Director you will:
- provide effective, consistent and timely program planning and management of the Brisbane 2032 Sustainability Program, including governance, reporting and delivery issues resolution
- lead, plan and influence significant projects and initiatives to deliver on sustainability commitments for the Games
- provide expert strategic advice and support to delivery partners on the Games sustainability and program related issues and initiatives
- collaborate, consult and negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders within and external to state government to gain and provide advice
- foster a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nations people and actively engage through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations people.
