About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager: UniSA STEM and working closely with the Dean of Research, you will join the Program Services Manager team, ensuring effective delivery of operational services and administrative support to the Academic Unit’s research activities.
You will manage support for HDR students, take accountability for the operational management of the research portfolio in STEM, research facility support, resource allocation, marketing and alumni relations and external engagement.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent demonstrable knowledge and skills in a related professional discipline and experience in a complex service-oriented organisation
- A successful track record of managing teams and resources in a multi-disciplinary environment to deliver quality services and continuous improvement against strategic objectives
- Experience in building high performing and resilient teams supported by constructive supervision and performance development and role modelling a culture of service excellence
- Proven ability to achieve resolution, navigate team dynamics and motivate commitment to common goals
