Programmed Building Projects are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Adelaide. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high-performing team that provides end-to-end management services for a variety of building, property and infrastructure projects with a focus on refurbishments, fit-outs and remedial work for Aged Care, Education and Maritime projects. In this role, you will oversee all safety, contractors and customer communications while providing first-class customer experiences to our clientele. We are open to any level of Project Manager from Junior to Senior who are looking to grow their career at Programmed.

- Oversee estimating and quoting for existing and potential work
- Overseeing the financial aspects of the projects
- Organise and plan subcontractors and internal labour for the projects
- Arrange all materials and equipment for site
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to budget
- Ability to cross-sell opportunities and win additional work
- Focus on customer satisfaction and profitable project delivery for the team
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have experience managing site-based teams with a background in the building industry preferred and be driven to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Previous experience with refurbishments and fit-outs preferred
- Current Driver’s License
- White & Blue card
- First-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
