About the role
This role will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of social support activities for seniors, with a key focus on mens social support. This is to facilitate wellness and social connectedness under the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
This includes:
- A desire to assist seniors to participate in community life and feel socially included
- Develop program activities and workshops for men’s groups
- Promote such activities to seniors and relevant service providers
- Engage and support clients/volunteers
- Provide Council transport to clients as required
This role will also be responsible for providing support to plan and deliver community events, while also assisting with meeting the administrative and reporting requirements of the service.

So what do you need?
- Demonstrated experience building rapport within community
- Current Class C Drivers Licence
- Ability to maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check
