AddressOur well respected government client, based in Brisbane's Southside, is looking to bring on a temporary Administration Officer. The position, starting ASAP, will be for an initial period up to end of February 2025 with possible extension. Working 38 hours per week, the casual hourly rate of pay will be $39 plus superannuation.
Working within the Community Development Team, you will play a key role in providing administrative and finance support to deliver community programs.
This role would suit someone with some finance administration experience, along with generalist administration skills within a large organisation environment.
The key skills to be considered include:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills and an intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A proven ability to easily learn new systems and processes
- Ability to hit the ground running and be focused in completing tasks/ meeting deadlines
- A strong attention to detail
- A friendly and positive attitude and team-orientated approach to work
