As an ideal applicant, you'll have had experience across the following accountabilities:
- Ad Hoc tasks for the Sustainment Program Manager and Sustainment Lead Team
- Supporting with staff Inductions and actioning on-boarding checklists
- Ordering stationary as required
- Coordinating of meeting rooms, functions as well as assisting and helping with conference set ups
- Maintaining the email Distribution lists
- Processing Corporate Card Acquittals
- Booking and coordinating training for program employees
- Supporting with training requirements
- Maintenance of the main front office as required
- Intermediate proficiency with the MS Suite
- As this is a specialised defence program work a current NVI clearance will be mandatory
- Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Team orientated with the ability to work with a variety of people
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivate self-starter with excellent time management skills
