About you:
The Program Manager (ProgM) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple customer programs involving multiple Access products from more than one division. Following the sale, the ProgM will own the programme from kick-off to handing over to colleagues in Support and beyond.
You are an experienced and dynamic professional with a proven track record in managing and delivering multiple complex customer programmes at the same time.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple customer programmes, ensuring seamless transitions from kick-off to support handover.
- Actively seek and incorporate customer feedback at each project stage to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as Programme Architect on large, multi-product deals, ensuring implementation best practices are followed.
- Manage and resolve customer escalations promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in the software engineering, responsible for successful business system implementation projects
- Sustained and demonstrable experience managing projects involving multiple products, with a recognised project management qualification.
- Ability to act as Programme Architect and lead delivery teams, ensuring best practices and high customer satisfaction.
- Strong ability to lead customers through their implementation journey, delivering exceptional service and managing escalations effectively.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, meeting personal and team revenue targets.
