With a proven track record in managing property agreements, you will also be efficient in conducting financial modelling, and engaging stakeholders. You will demonstrate expertise in technical and scheduling responsibilities, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You will possess qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant property-related field and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, GIS would be a bonus.About the role:This role is unlike any other property management position you will see. With multifaceted responsibilities spanning strategy execution, stakeholder engagement, financial management and business leadership.As a pivotal role within our organisation, you will be instrumental in managing all commercial, residential, and third-party property agreements while actively contributing to the planning and execution of long-term strategic property and facilities projects.From identifying new opportunities and translating them into value through collaboration with internal stakeholders to accurately manage budgetary aspects of lease and license agreements. You will ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and financial parameters.
