Our client is currently looking for a Project Coordinator - They offer you the opportunity to work on Diverse Electrical Projects, Collaborate with Talented Professionals, and make a significant impact in the industry. 

Are you passionate about Electrical projects and skilled in estimation?

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their team in the electrical sector. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing electrical projects from inception to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Estimation Expertise: Utilize your estimation skills to accurately assess project costs, including materials, labour, and other resources required for electrical projects.
  2. Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
  3. Resource Allocation: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
  4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth execution.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Foster open communication channels among project teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets closely, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints while maximizing project profitability.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, to ensure compliance and facilitate project analysis.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project coordination with commercial or industrial projects
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools (Preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
