What you'll do


Project Support role is to support the Project Managers in delivering Woolworths Solar rollout programs across Supermarkets, BIG W, Primary Connect, and Woolworths partners.

  • Assist & support other sustainability rollout programs, including EV Charging, smart water meters, LED lighting, refrigeration assets
  • Ensure that administration aspects of the programs are completed in a safe, professional manner (e.g. manage creation of renewable energy & energy efficiency certificates, raise Purchase Orders, assess Invoices, prepare Progress Reports)
  • Undertaking site inspections to review and oversee project works, including but not limited to site safety compliance, contractor management, quality and defects management, system performance and stakeholder engagement
  • Tracking & monitoring of solar and energy projects to support the successful realisation of benefits
  • Monitor existing solar assets to identify performance issues and work with the contractors to rectify issues
  • Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders, key suppliers and service providers to ensure successful implementation outcomes.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordination role
  • Understanding of the Solar PV market in Australia or Energy Management /Renewables
  • Strong analytical, statistical and modelling skills
  • Experience manipulating and ‘making sense' of data from disparate systems
  • Advanced level user of Google or Microsoft suite
  • Experience managing external service providers and contractors - desired
