Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works. Our Energy division is seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer. This role will be based in Darwin.
What you will be doing:
- Plan and schedule scopes of work for the project, organising project resources and equipment as required or directed.
- Develop commercial estimates based upon plans and scopes of work.
- Maintain and monitor schedule and budget for works being completed, ensuring any potential deviations are identified and communicated before they occur.
- Undertake analysis using schedule and budget data. Develop reports and presentations to communicate analysis outputs to site leadership team and client.
- Use your own initiative to achieve work goals, maintain high work standards and meet project/ contractual requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in work process/ procedure and implement remedial actions.

What you will bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process or related area).
- Significant and relevant on-site industry experience in the resources, engineering or maintenance industry.
- The ability to utilise knowledge to establish and maintain strong customer focus.
- Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
- Advanced user capability of Microsoft suite of applications.
