Role:
The Project Engineer – Filling Support, will be responsible for managing ancillary equipment supporting a new syringe Filling line on site. This will be achieved as a key contributor in the project team to deliver the project milestones within budget, collaborating closely with project and business leaders/teams to manage facility and equipment design, construction, qualification/validation, and licensure of the facilities and manufacturing processes for future business operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Supporting and delivering the project objectives, controlling scope changes to meet budget and schedule, functionality according to the URSs, Equipment TRSs, GMP, safety and environmental requirements during all phases of the project (Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Qualification);
- Supporting the Filling line design
- Design Qualification
- GMP Equipment procurement
- Equipment FATs
- Off-site Fabrication and On-site installation of equipment
- FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing)
- SAT (Site Acceptance Testing)
- Commissioning of the Equipment
- Qualification of the Equipment
- Driving value engineering initiatives and maintaining strategic engagement across multiple local and global business groups.
Must have:
- 3-4 yrs experience Filling Line / Equipment Experience
- Great attitude and keen to learn, hands on, problem solver, ‘get it done’ attitude
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant Engineering or Science field.
- Relevant experience in similar industry – food/pharma/oil and gas
- GMP industry experience
- An underlying understanding and application of GxP principles.
- Experience in troubleshooting, process engineering and ability to understand and implement client requirements.
- Experience with installation, commissioning, and operation of filling equipment, parts washers and autoclaves
