Our client is a Western Australian owned & operated company, specialising in engineering design and machining services. They currently have large - both private & public - projects within the Maritime industry, requiring a talented Project Engineerto join their team and contribute to their legacy of excellence.
The Role
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing engineering projects, from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery of their products and services. This role includes, but is not limited to:
- Assist Senior Project Engineers in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects
- Contribute to the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Support the design and engineering of components / products using CAD software
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones
About You
Are you a skilled Project Engineer with a passion for precision and innovation? Our client can take your career to new heights; you'll be working on industry-innovative projects, with a strong team environment.
You will have;
- ~ 2 - 3 + years experience in a Project Engineering role, ideally within an engineering / manufacturing environment
- Able to demonstrate experience with project lifecycle management from concept through completion
- Ability to review and comment on engineering drawings, documents and any other relevant technical documentation
- Knowledge of CAD Software, familiarity with project management software (such as MS Project) desirable
- Strong, analytical problem-solving skills; technical aptitude and willingness to learn
