Form of work We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join the project team of our global telecommunications client. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering and possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wireless network rollouts.

To excel in this role, you must be a self-starter with a proven track record in the Telco industry. You should also possess exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, enabling you to develop authentic relationships with clients and stakeholders. In addition, you must be able to manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors for construction, installation, and commissioning works while demonstrating the ability to read and understand detailed engineering drawings and installation planning.
What will you have to do?
- You will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of site-specific installation instructions, guidelines and documentation
- Carry out site surveys to identify site installation standards, site types, challenges in installation, hazards, etc
- Checking and approving Site Documentation (HOP) produced by the subcontractors
- Auditing, quality checking and performance measuring of subcontractors and providing technical support when needed.
- Carrying out OH&S site audits and recording the results and documentation
