Here's a snapshot of your day:
- Prepare accurate tenders for multi-discipline commercial projects, M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment.
- Estimate project quantities and costs and identify discrepancies in the tender schedule.
- Provide technical inputs to ensure the timely completion of estimates.
- Assist with proposed traffic staging, construction methodologies and programme for non-price criteria.
- Carry out site inspections, attend client briefings and maintain relationships with Clients, Subcontractors & Suppliers.
- Assist Project Managers in the financial administration of contracts.
The Ideal Candidate
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, building and construction or similar related qualifications.
- Experience using Expert Estimation.
- Demonstrated history of delivering winning tenders.
- Current C-Class Driver's License.
