Join us as Project Analyst/Project Controller for the Electrification Business Area where you will be supporting Project Managers in all financial and commercial matters related to the project and actively drives their respective project's performance. Supports the organization by providing reliable and timely financial results/forecasts. This is an opportunity for a junior/intermediate level Project Analyst/Project Controller looking to develop their career with a global technology leader. Your responsibilities
- Updating project review templates, working closely with Project Managers to review project financial and non-financial results and ensuring SAP reflects true project cost and its gross margin
- Executing month-end activities in SAP/CFIN following the period end closing timetable. Collaborating closely with GBS and CoE teams on all financial transactions
- Analyzing and reporting of business results, including Orders, Revenue, realized Gross Margin in a timely manner. Variance Analysis and commentary for deviations
- Reporting KPI, including order Gross Margin, OBL analysis, Inventory management, Working Capital reporting and analysis, and Cost Centre reporting. Ad-hoc analytical reports, GPG/Hub/Local side reporting on a need basis
- Budgeting and forecasting which includes annual bottom-up budgeting/analysis and monthly 5QRF process, including OCF/NWC Annual FCM update
- Handling Process Improvement in SAP/CFIN, SAP source, and ABACUS reporting quality. Special projects to improve business processes
- Degree in finance and/or equivalent professional qualification-CPA/CIMA
- SAP System experience including Project system
- Management Reporting knowledge and Excel Skills – advanced
- Ability to work to deadlines and work experience in a manufacturing / project business is preferrable
- Organizational and time management skills
