We are supporting a practice that is looking to expand its team due to projects on the increase. ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a unique offering to join a practice that has a low turnover of staff and employs based on long-term needs and growth. is your chance to work with experienced and friendly people.
- Work through the stages of design from concept through design development to construction drawings.
- Provide your expertise in producing detailed full construction set documentation in Revit.
- Prepare specifications and detailed packages.
- Coordinate projects and liaise with consultants and clients.
- Tertiary qualified in Architecture ideally Registered
- Proficient in design and documentation in Revit with a portfolio to demonstrate
- Experience in using 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, NavisWorks and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills to liaise and coordinate with clients and project managers to deliver a project to programme attending site
- Applied experience and understanding of project workflows (schematic design, design development, construction documentation phases) and project management
- Applied knowledge of Building Codes of Australia (BCA) and Australian standards
- A demonstrated portfolio of previous documentation across a range of projects in Australian (BCA) (NCC)
- Ability to prioritise and organise yourself to meet project deadlines
- Good team player to work effectively yet work independently and autonomously
- Ability to problem solve to the project, and client’s, benefit.
