As a vital part of our Engineering & Construction department, and based in Acciona Energia's Brisbane office, you will play a key role in standardising project governance, control, and processes. Elevate your career with us and be a part of our innovative and collaborative team!

Under the mentorship of our PMO Manager, you'll contribute to the success of projects, providing support and coordination while working on diverse technical and management tasks across our dynamic portfolio.

  • Provide essential coordination support to the Project Management Office Manager
  • Conduct data assessment and analysis as directed by the Project Management Office Manager
  • Develop reports, including background templates, tools, and periodic publishing report, as directed by the Project Management Office Manager
  • Manage document control, along with process and procedure development, under the guidance of the Project Management Office Manager
  • Offer APMS management support across projects in both development and delivery phases
  • Provide support to the Technical Services, Bids & Commercial, and Construction teams for Project Management Office-related matters

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related) and be eligible for admission into the Institution of Engineers Australia (essential).
  • Demonstrate the capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment, showcasing versatility in handling varied activities.
  • Possess technical astuteness and the ability to engage in expertise-based problem-solving.
  • Exhibit a high attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality outputs, making decisions based on accepted quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Function effectively both as a team-worker and independently when required, with well-developed interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Display flexibility to travel as required.
