About the Project Management Partner role and about youWe have an opportunity for a project Management Partner to join our Operations team. Working as part of a team of project experts, you will support SGCH’s portfolio of business projects, monitoring and reporting on progress and compliance, identifying dependencies and resourcing impacts and assisting teams through each stage of their project’s life cycle.
You will ensure Project Management best practice is implemented across projects by supporting teams in the use of SGCH’s Project Management standards, common templates and agreed practice. This role will initially focus on the SGCH office relocation project.
To succeed in this role, you will be both highly collaborative and independent, with the ability to take initiative and communicate effectively with all levels, You will ideally have significant experience in executing Project Management methodology and delivering organization wide projects.
This is a permanent full-time role, based at our Hurstville office currently (re-location to working across Liverpool and Redfern in late 2024) and requires travel to other SGCH office locations as required.

- Project Management qualifications or relevant experience (minimum 2 years)
- Experience managing projects to deliver process, operational and business outcomes on time & on budget
- Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies and practice
- Experience coaching and mentoring project teams to deliver successful projects
- Experience facilitating workshops to scope, plan and document project requirements
- Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders to deliver priority projects
- Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs
