Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity with a leading industrial equipment supplier dedicated to providing cutting-edge turnkey solutions to clients in various industries. (Bulk Materials Handling & Processing)  As they continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead key projects that contribute to our growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
2. Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project goals.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain clear communication channels with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are understood and met.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
5. Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
6. Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold rigorous quality control processes to guarantee the delivery of reliable and durable industrial equipment.
7. Team Leadership: Motivate and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a positive working environment.
8. Client Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance overall project delivery efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the industrial equipment sector. (Bulk Materials Handling & Processing)  
3. Strong understanding of industrial processes and equipment specifications.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Proficient in project management tools and software.
7. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
