THE POSITION
- Working closely with the general services and project manager to support day to day mobilisation of the New Footscray Hospital.
- Manage daily schedules, provide support in meetings and triage queries and correspondence.
- Create MS PowerPoint presentations for client submissions.
- Undertake core operational administrative data entry and reporting functions as required.
- Manage the administrative aspects of mobilisation.
- Maintain accurate records of mobilisation activities and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
- Data entry and word processing
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders
THE PERSON
- Previous experience in similar role.
- High level organisation and administration.
- Ability to manage and set multiple schedules.
- Proficient in full Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, excel, word & PowerPoint.
- Experience using Aconex (desirable not required).
- Comfortable taking and sending meeting minute, providing support in meetings.
- Previous exposure to similar role in facilities management or construction.
- Exposure to outsourced government contracts.
- Ability to read and follow contracts.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work on-site in collaborative team.
