This Project Manager role is based in their Brisbane office, and you are joining a collaborative team with low egos. The leadership team is approachable, talented and motivated to provide the team with support and guidance.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee social infrastructure projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of social infrastructure projects $5M - $120M
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate project teams, reporting to the client on programmes and budgets.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance and manage risks.
- Maintain project documentation and stakeholder relationships.
- Report to the Project Director and State Manager
- Take the lead on up to three projects at various stages at any one time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience in social infrastructure project management ie, education, and/or health projects
- Technical background in construction
- Proven history of attending and minuting PCG meetings
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
