Our Corporate Services Property team are currently seeking to appoint a Project Manager to manage and coordinate the design, development, implementation and evaluation of complex property and workplace projects.
As the Project Manager, you will lead and manage a small and collaborative team. Your responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating resources, effectively managing internal stakeholders and external vendors, managing budgets, project reporting and governance, and delivering project related activities to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
About You
You will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, adept at cultivating and nurturing professional connections with key stakeholders. Your capacity to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and provide valuable advice will be pivotal to success in this role.
Additionally, we value proactive, forward-thinking individuals who can anticipate challenges and opportunities, contributing to strategic initiatives to support the needs of the Department. Experience in managing office accommodation, commercial fit out and workplace operations projects would be highly regarded.
