Nexxis is seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a Project Manager, you will be integral to the Engineering Team, responsible for leading a group of Engineers who specialise in the development of cutting-edge robotic systems for asset integrity inspections across the globe. The work environment at Nexxis is fast-paced and innovative, and you will play a vital role in advancing the most sophisticated inventions in the inspection industry.
Key Accountabilities:
- Guiding teams through the development and delivery of multidisciplined fast moving projects.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Analyse project status and when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing updates on project status and changes.
- Planning and detailed scheduling of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Minimum BS Robotics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Experience in Agile and Gannt chart scheduling methodologies.
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
- Proven success working with all levels of management.
- Experience leading a team of engineers:
- Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively.
