2024 is our year for growth and as a part of this journey, we have an opportunity for a dynamic Project Manager to join our Construction/fit-out team.
The Role:
As a seasoned Project Manager or a Site Manager, you will oversee small to medium-sized construction projects from conception to delivery across NSW from approx.
We are looking for someone who will embrace this autonomous role with gusto. Use your tertiary education combined with your construction knowledge to not only manage but deliver projects on budget and time.
Your nous and strong communication skills will enable you to shine and be rewarded for your achievements. Your understanding of Procore or similar software, attention to detail, and ability to forecast will see stand out amongst other applicants.
Day to Day:
- Responsible for managing several projects for top ASX100 clients across various industries
- Deliver top-quality project, site and risk assessments
- Tender review, subcontractor negotiations
- The delivery of projects under building specs and standards
- Identify defects and project auditing requirements
- Work closely with HSSE and Site Managers on project safety
- Provide accurate reporting and financial responsibilities for the project
- You will have tertiary qualifications in Construction and or Project Management and or a qualified Trade with Site Manager experience
- You will have a solid understanding of project management within construction
- You are an excellent communicator with strong financial acumen
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Confidence with systems, proficient in Microsoft suite, and use of Project Management or Procore software is advantageous.
