Project Manager - Anaplan Implementation

Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to spearhead the end-to-end implementation of Anaplan within our organization, with a focus on enhancing our promotions management capabilities and integrating with SAP systems. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex IT projects, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience engaging with business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Anaplan as our promotions management tool, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

• Drive engagement with business users throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.

• Coordinate with IT Project Managers and technical teams to facilitate seamless integration with SAP systems, leveraging your strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technology.

• Take ownership of the project from initiation to completion, managing all aspects of project delivery including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Hold regular steering committee meetings and present project updates to executive leadership, demonstrating your ability to command a room and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, leveraging your extensive project management experience to keep the project on track and within scope.

• Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of Anaplan within the organization, providing training and support to end users as needed.

Qualifications:

• PMP certification preferred

• Multiple years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects and business engagement.

• Proven experience leading retail projects and implementing complex technology solutions, preferably in promotions management.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders and technical teams alike.

• Experience with Anaplan or similar enterprise planning and analytics platforms is highly desirable.

• Previous experience integrating with SAP systems is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
