The Project Manager will be primarily responsible for supporting the Director of Brand and Creative Services in transitioning the brand during a major agency merger. This process involves adhering to tight deadlines to ensure a seamless and coherent outcome for customers, employees, industry stakeholders, and government entities.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with the business to drive and implement the brand throughout the transition.
- Establish guidelines and protocols to maintain consistency across the business.
- Analyze and scope requirements, including budgetary needs, and apply project management methodologies to ensure timely job allocation and delivery.
- Oversee the procurement of third-party suppliers for brand implementation.
- Develop and present implementation and risk mitigation reports, and attend governance meetings to keep the business engaged and informed.
- Extensive experience working in a similar role with brand transition or change in a large organization
- A strong and recent background working with complex stakeholders in delivering results in a tight deadline
- Must have proven successful experience in managing and facilitating brand and creative projects.
- Ability to build project management systems and timelines, continuously improve those systems and use those systems to accomplish brand and marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrate excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to individuals and to groups.
