Fast growing health orgsanisation on the lookout for a Project Change and Transition Manager to join the business on a contract basis.
Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for supporting successful Project Change management regarding the Go Live of the new ERP system that has been implemented.
You will asisst in the development of tasks to prepare effective change management transition plans. You will also ensure the project is appropriately communicated within the business and changes to business processes, systems and technology are managed effectively.
In addition you will develop change management documentation including stakeholder impact assessments, change strategies, communication plans, engagement and embedment plans, training plans and training material.
Finally you will create presentations for Steering Committees, Project Working Groups and Project Communications as required.
To be considered for this role you will have proven experience in a similar project and change management role. Experience working in health or a similar large operating business will be highly regarded. You will possess impactful communications, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
