This global organisation is seeking a Sydney Site Project Manager and a National Program Director, for a significant Civil Infrastructure Engineering Project that is about to commence.
It is expected that candidates being considered for the Project Manager role will have managed and led projects upwards of 20 million. To be considered for the Program Director position, interested candidates will be able to demonstrate experience managing programs in excess of 100 million.
A successful Civil Engineering Project leader not only possesses strong technical knowledge in Civil Engineering, but also demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. They play a pivotal role in transforming conceptual designs into tangible structures that play a critical part in societal development and wellbeing.

- Demonstrated experience delivering Civil Engineering Infrastructure Projects.
- A background working directly for large engineering businesses (i.e. not as a consultant).
- Ability to manage Civil design, construction standards, consultants, tenders, and Australian Standards.
- Experience managing project management implementation teams.
- Demonstrated experience applying Civil Engineering principles to review, question and challenge concepts, design, and application.
- Well-developed technical management skills and experience of project management methodologies (such as PMBOK or PMI).
- High level scheduling, computer literacy and report writing skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced commercial skills having the ability to manage large complex budgets.
- A relevant Engineering tertiary qualification.
