The Enterprise Data Warehouse for Analysis, Reporting and Decision support (EDWARD) will be the 'single source of truth' for the business information required to underpin the Ministry of Health's System Manager role including purchasing, performance support, performance management, funding, planning, internal reporting, public reporting, and research.The Project Manager will manage all aspects of project management activities within EDWARD unit, NSW Local Health Districts, Networks, Ministry Branches and Pillars including scope management, schedule management, quality management, cost management, resource management, communications management, stakeholder management, risk and issue management for the projects to ensure the delivery of defined unit outcomes.How to apply

- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of project management including scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, and issue management.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management including the ability to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking capability, able to understand complex challenges and programs and to apply problem solving and analytical skills to address and provide solutions to the challenges.
- Demonstrated experience in risk and issue management.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in the availability of resources and time, capacity and competing demands whilst maintaining an outcomes and solutions-focused approach to monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to complete root cause analysis to identify the cause of issues and implement solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate issues and solutions in a simple manner.
