We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' expo success stories, overseeing all aspects of designing, building, and delivering their customized exhibition stands.
Who we are:
- We are a leader in the design and build of high-end exhibition stands, museum exhibits, and visitor centre displays.
- Over the past 18 years our team has produced countless customised environments for clients in the technology, transportation, arts, science and education sectors.
- Our in-house team provides an end-to-end service. We work with clients from the moment they make an enquiry, through creative development, design and production, to finally, onsite installation.

What you'll do:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and brand requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Manage communication with expo operators, suppliers, and internal teams (design, fabrication, logistics).
- Oversee the design and build process, ensuring quality and adherence to client specifications.
- Manage logistics for booth installation and dismantle, coordinating with on-site crews.
- Troubleshoot any challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
Who you are:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, event management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficient in planning, time and cost management software (e.g., Teamwork, MS Project, Excel, etc) and communication tools.
- Responsiveness to changing situations, and independently finding solutions.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in the expo industry.
- Knowledge of booth design principles and construction practices.
- Strong budgeting and cost-management skills.
- A creative and solutions-oriented mindset.
