About the role:
Due to a recent promotion we are seeking an Operations/Project Manager who has attention to detail to oversee my clients projects. Experience in the installation of public address/warning systems would be an advantage but not essential.
Key Responsibilities for the role:
- Oversee the delivery of AV projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, including technical specifications, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Lead and mentor a team of 3 technicians/ Installers, providing guidance and support
- Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
Skills and experience required:
- Possess people leadership or team management experience
- Digital Audio systems experience desired not essential
- Possess a technical background in AV, Events, Electrical, Fire etc.
- Current driver's Licence
- Current Operations or Project Management experience is a must
