Position Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager professional to join a dynamic team consisting of internal BA and QA resources and an external systems integration partner. You will lead the discovery phase of a new wave of initiatives and then the implementation piece.
This position requires an individual who can effectively manage C-suite stakeholders across Finance, HR and Payroll and who has strong domain knowledge of HRIS.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the discovery phase in planning for the next wave of initiatives, working closely with the business and the team to identify deliverables and plan towards them.
- Manage and foster relationships with C-suite stakeholders, including the Finance, HR and Payroll teams, providing regular updates and addressing concerns to ensure project success.
- Utilise your knowledge of HRIS and Payroll systems implementations and processes to add value to the organization and provide direction.
- Provide guidance and leadership to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in HRIS related projects and processes and therefore a strong conceptual understanding – mandatory requirement.
- Proven track record in managing executive stakeholders whilst driving complex implementations to time and budget.
- Proficient in system integration methodologies and managing vendors.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with both technology and business teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding and managing teams effectively.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
