Hiring a Workday Project Manager for a greenfield HRIS implementation of Workday .

We are looking to hire an experienced Workday HRIS Project Manager to join an initial 6 month contract + Extensions in Sydney. The ideal candidate should have experience managing multi-layered teams and experience managing multiple project streams at the same time. The incumbent should also have strong leadership and management skills and be a strong communicator both on the verbal and written front.
Required Experience:

• 5 - 10 years Workday HRIS project management experience
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and multi-layered teams on ERP Projects.
• At least 5 years experience in Workday HR
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables (e.g. project charter, project plan, status reports, project timesheets, meeting minutes, budget and schedule)
• Demonstrated experience in managing issues while bringing projects to successful completion within assigned time frames
