One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Project Managerto join a friendly team. You will manage the delivery of multiple IT Infrastructure Projects within the department. The Project Managerwill be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for 2 years and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful Project Managerwill be responsible for the below:
- Managing project scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, risks, issues, procurement, stakeholder engagement, change control, governance and reporting
- Managing project delivery teams
- Tracking issues efficiently and effectively throughout the life of the projects
- Managing the change process with clients and vendors
The successful Project Managerwill have experience in the following:
- Strong experience in delivering IT projects.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and treat risks and issues.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality documentation.
- Experience in delivering Infrastructure projects.
