Due to recent growth, Future Engineering and Communication (FEC) are currently seeking industry experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role will be based out of our NSW Office in Berkley Vale, NSW and will support our operations in the region.

Future Engineering and Communication is an Australian owned market leader specialising in both the Communications and Powerline industries who complete in-house Engineering, Design, Fabrication, Construction, and management services.

What’s Involved:

Reporting to the State Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for the following primary functions:

• Manage projects through the full lifecycle from tendering, through project execution and closeout.
• Manage all aspects of allocated projects including commercial terms, schedule, risk  and change in order to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget
• Read and interpret engineering and construction drawings
• Work closely with site construction crews to ensure the best possible outcome
• Identify and develop strong working relationships with new and existing clients including business development
• Manage and build long term relationships with subcontractors

What’s Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced problem solving skills
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated project management experience 
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• 5+ years experience in a similar role (mining projects / telecommunication construction experience will be highly regarded)
