A leader in the field of high quality, fit-for-purpose, design and build industrial Material Handling equipment is looking to hire a Project Manager.

We are working with one of Albury-Wodonga’s largest manufacturing companies, a leader in the field of high quality, fit-for-purpose, design and build industrial Material Handling equipment.
As a business, they aim to improve customer performance while driving down project costs in this ever-competitive industry, with a strong focus on reducing the impact on the environment!
Due to ongoing growth in their project pipeline, they are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager with a mechanical engineering background. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects up to $10m in value from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Job:
- Work closely with Senior Management to coordinate projects financially and contractually.
- Effective day-to-day management of your client portfolio.
- Manage your very own client relations and their planning needs.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project scope, risks, and issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Manage project resources, including contractors and equipment.
- Effective Project Management and Procurement to ensure on-time delivery of projects utilising MS Project and SAP.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2-3+ years of project management experience in a mechanical engineering field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience with project frameworks and have a proven track record delivering these types of portfolios.
- PMP certification or similar would be valued.
