Project Manager - Legal Software

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and document compelling business cases, project initiations documents and stage plans to secure resources and funding for projects. This includes linking strategy to outcome and assisting Project Sponsors and Business Owners in defining and driving business outcomes.
• Use strong interpersonal and people management skills to instil a strong vision for the project, with the ability to influence and mentor others.
• Lead and manage projects to achieve objectives and benefits realisation in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage numerous supplier relationships to deliver required technical products.
• Liaise with stakeholders, business representatives and vendors on project activities and actively manage stakeholder expectations and agreed objectives.
• Develop, maintain and store (in accordance with the agencies records management policies) high quality project documentation to ensure effective communication of project goals, scope and deliverables.
• Identify, evaluate and manage risks, issues, dependencies and constraints through practical mitigation strategies to support successful project delivery.
• Manage project scope schedule and budget (including project resources) and escalate any issues with the relevant project boards.
• Support change management activities required for realisation of project benefits.

Successful candidate MUST have:

• Legal Software experience
• HALO ITSM Phase 2 experience
• Knowledge Management experience
• Active Baseline clearance
