- Leading key operational projects within the Strategic Program of work designed to standardise and digitise Coates
The Transformation Project Manager position is a newly created role as part of the Transformation Office to support the successful execution of strategic operational projects. These projects are part of a program to standardise, digitise and accelerate the delivery of key operational functional areas of Coates.
You'll enjoy variety in your role including:
- Facilitate and support the development of well-thought through business cases detailing pragmatic outcomes and approach to delivery for key projects.
- Establish project plans, tasks, resources and ownership to ensure timelines are met
- Co-ordinate internal and external resources for the planning and execution of projects
- Proactively work to remove project obstacles, identify and manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities
- Provide a pragmatic approach to problem solving and working with data to architect the project approach , KPIs and targets that will underpin the development of the project plans.
- Actively drive the enhance of project management processes, tooling and templates to improve the project management function
- Provide timely status reports and program summaries including scope/schedule/risks/ status/financial benefits tracking.
- Partner with key operational functional areas, leaders and business people to bring people on the journey and achieve quality and timely outcomes that can be operationalised.

- Your significant transformation experience, including your knowledge of project and change management methodologies and software tools
- Your proven ability to complete business projects according to scope, budget and timeline
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication

- A strategic focus with the ability to deliver the detail
- Your experience in timely delivery and execution of projects
- Excellent organisational and structured thinking approach
- Your background in delivering operations focused projects
