- Provide accurate monthly financial reports to CFO
- EBA Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance Support
- Review payroll GL postings and reconciliations
- Liaise with the Accounts Officer / Payroll officer to ensure all termination and redundancy pays are in accordance with legislation
- Review monthly payroll reports and prepare work papers to reconcile to the Balance Sheet
- Prepare and submit annual payroll compliance reports
- Ensure all payroll monthly statutory compliances are lodged and paid on time accurately
- Review company Workcover remuneration estimates to ensure threshold
- Assist CFO in the preparation of the Annual Taxable Payments Report
- Review Trade Creditor applications, including maintenance of clauses, the company register and uploading applications
- Bank Reconciliations
- High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prioritisation and time management skills
- Working knowledge and understanding of employment conditions associated with Victorian payroll
