Accounts/Payroll Officer

• Provide accurate monthly financial reports to CFO
• EBA Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance Support
• Review payroll GL postings and reconciliations
• Liaise with the Accounts Officer / Payroll officer to ensure all termination and redundancy pays are in accordance with legislation
• Review monthly payroll reports and prepare work papers to reconcile to the Balance Sheet
• Prepare and submit annual payroll compliance reports
• Ensure all payroll monthly statutory compliances are lodged and paid on time accurately
• Review company Workcover remuneration estimates to ensure threshold
• Assist CFO in the preparation of the Annual Taxable Payments Report
• Review Trade Creditor applications, including maintenance of clauses, the company register and uploading applications
• Bank Reconciliations

• High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
• Prioritisation and time management skills
• Working knowledge and understanding of employment conditions associated with Victorian payroll
