About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time e Plumbing Project Manager to join this amazing team.
As the Project Manager your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Coordinate tasks according to project specifications.
- Handle changes in project scope and variations.
- Manage staffing needs for projects.
- Implement procedures to transition project start-up with clear expectations for successful delivery.
- Record and manage project documentation until completion.
- Familiarity with some construction management software is beneficial.
- Oversee and guide projects from initiation to conclusion.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About you
- Trade qualified plumbing professional.
- C Class Driver Licence.
- Proven project management experience.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in teams to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Proficiency in communicating effectively and establishing rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Preferred, but not mandatory, background in business or project management studies.
