We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team for a 6-month contract, supporting the fast start initiative for FY25. As part of this initiative, you will primarily focus on the "Reward IBE uplift" project, along with other prioritized initiatives within the loyalty domain.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project performance metrics and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the loyalty or travel industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
