As our Project Manager, leading this project, your goal will be to provide a solid foundation that delivers performance, scalability, and security to meet the demands of a digital future.

- Strong understanding of networking infrastructure, network deployments and internet services.
- Foundational understanding of Cyber Security (specialist support provided).
- Strong foundation in project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to complete complex projects successfully within budget, timeframe and scope.
- Experience in maintaining quality relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated vendor/partner management capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence (ideal).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- A team player with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead high performing project teams.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A KFC PROJECT MANAGER
- Consistently deliver projects to requirements, scope, schedule and budget.
- Lead teams of internal & 3rd party resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project delivery & governance standards are followed across the projects.
- Build and maintain project reports that drive business decisions.
- Track dependencies between projects/streams and collaborate across other projects/programs.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects or project streams, including planning, budgets, estimating and resource allocation.
- Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
- Facilitate change requests whilst managing schedule and budget impact.
- Develop requirements catalogues, complex statements of work and scope documents.
- Manage and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate.
- Manage project meetings, scrums, sprints, action items, project plans, coordination, and scheduling across work streams.
- Conduct post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Motivate and generate positivity and enthusiasm within the project team.
