ABOUT THE POSITIONWe are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage projects across Roads & Earthworks, Stormwater and Flooding, and Land/Urban Development sectors, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication throughout all project phases.
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of Roads & Earthworks, Stormwater and Flooding, and Land/Urban Development projects.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices across all project deliverables.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, milestones, and potential risks.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting professional growth and development within the organization.
Essential Criteria:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management within the Roads & Earthworks, Stormwater and Flooding, and Land/Urban Development sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
- Strong technical expertise in Roads & Earthworks, Stormwater Management, and Land/Urban Development practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
