Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage multiple projects from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline, procurement, resource allocation, and project execution.
- Governance and reporting - structuring, overseeing, and managing projects. Includes regular reporting, development of communications, and creating processes that improve the effectiveness and transparency of the project and outcomes.
- Track performance and ROI of project outcomes and communicate this effectively to the relevant stakeholders.
- Knowledge share/capability build - building capability and skills of those involved in projects through knowledge sharing, facilitating connections and constructively challenging thinking.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams to identify project requirements, risks, and dependencies and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
- Having a true business partner mindset is required in order to work closely and understand the business requirements, and where needed, recommend different approaches.
- Act as an escalation point for the project team and project stakeholders to manage risks, develop mitigation plans and path to green throughout the project.
- Proactively manage change controls and communicate impact in project scope, identify issues and devising contingency plans.
About you:
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager in medium to large size companies.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering IT projects including business case development, detailed planning, executing to the plan (and communicating clearly when things diverge) as well as closing out by evaluating success and facilitating learning opportunities.
- Project Management certification.
- Experience and confidence using the M365 suite of tools to support project management.
- Familiarity with business systems including Salesforce (CRM), Aquira (ad booking), Zetta (broadcast playout), Oracle (finance) or iChris (payroll) beneficial but not essential.
- Consultation skills with the ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
