Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of our projects. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Monitor project budgets, manage expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in project management within the infrastructure engineering or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ISO Certifications 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2015 is an advantage.
