If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Salesforce project. This role will involve collaborating with both local and global teams to ensure the successful deployment of the project, aligning the global digital system with local business needs, and managing the day-to-day project activities.Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Define and coordinate project tasks.
- Provide weekly project status updates.
- Monitor project planning and scope adherence.
- Prepare key governance meetings.
- Raise and address issues and risks.
- Document key decisions.
- Interface Between Teams:
- Formalize and review local business processes and needs versus the global core.
- Translate business needs into user stories.
- Participate in sprint planning.
- Organize and oversee testing phases.
- Support change management initiatives.
- Leverage global training and communication materials.
- Proven experience in managing system implementations using agile methodology.
- Strong consulting background with expertise in business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and working with business users.
- Specific experience in Salesforce implementations, particularly on the functional side and in user story writing.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience working with remote global delivery teams and in core model deployments.
- Based in Melbourne, with the ability to travel as needed.
